New AGT Meet Outfit? No...

I definitely prefer this one to the last few Meet outfits. Didn't like the skirt on the lavendar set or the urban outfit. Does ANYONE like the red vinyl jumper from the outfit before that?

I think probably the nicest meet outfit was the second one, with the striped tshirt, black stretch pants, turquoise socks and yellow fleece jacket. The suede slipons are very versatile, even working well with historical outfits like Josefina's Christmas dress.

I ended up with quite a few of the current Ready for Fun outfit and I do actually enjoy having them. I like the beaded jeans, too. The trim on the pink tshirt from the skateboard outfit that was a store special earlier this year goes perfectly with the jacket, too. I don't like the decal on the tshirt so I appliqued something else over it and love the results. Mix and match works across nearly all the meet outfits, when you think about it.

I did not like it from the catalog but when I got my doll, it came on my doll and I thought that in person it is pretty cute!

There's a link to the photo so you can see it better. She had just arrived (bought her off eBay) and wanted to go bike riding. I wanted to take some pics of her, so we headed out but I had NO idea she was a little trickster, lol. From then on I make sure she's wearing a helmet and she knows better than to goof off. OMG, the thing you said above was what REALLY made me excited! You could exchange the Ready for Fun outfit for a whole new outfit?? Like, any other AGoT outfit?? That is just too cool...can someone clarify this if I'm mistaken? Thanks!

I never tried so maybe they won't really, but I don't think it would hurt to ask. When I wrote them I mentioned I had already bought 3 dolls and really wanted another one but didn't want yet another of the same outfit.

I like this one better than the wool green skirt and purple boots from before. Hopefully they will keep it around long enough so that my AGT 4 will come in it when I get around to getting her.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I like the red vinyl jumper outfit [img]redface.gif[/img] , though I will admit when I finally got one off ebay last year and put it on Zipporah I was a bit disappointed in it. It looked so cute in the pictures, but not so cute in person. But maybe I just need the right doll, lol. I LOVE the hat though and the lunchbox purse. When these items were sold I was still in the target age and I remember badly wanting a purse like that. And I remember the notebook necklaces too, those were very popular at my school. I also loved the girl clothes AG offered at the time. I remember that on the first day of school one of the new girls wore an outfit very similar to the vinyl skirt and vest outfits AG sold. Hers was bright green and the top was a crazy print though.

I have the striped shirt, velour pants outfit as well but don't like it any more. The pants are nice with other tops but the striped shirt really bothers me. Penny loves the jacket though. I don't remember the shoes, but then I got this outfit seperately as opposed to getting a doll wearing it. They sound nice though.

I really like the style of the red-vinyl one, I only wish it would have been a nice red cordoroy(sp?) or velvet, then it would have been the best meet outfit yet, next to the last one, wich I love.
